The weird thing is it’s totally possible to see that Sherlock and Mycroft are related, just from this photo. The outfits suggest similar upbringings, and they… they have the same “Could you GET any dumber, seriously!” stare… I don’t know, but they do give off an air of “Of course we’re brothers, doesn’t mean we have to like it”. And John does give off the “I’m married to him” vibe the way he’s standing with Sherlock, at least, I think he does…
